I was so lucky to have found the Rug Repairman. After having spent much money on purchasing a custom carpet, I found the job to be done poorly.
The original carpet company refused to address my concerns or redo the job. Luckily, I was referred to the Rug Repairman. They came to my home, assessed the problem and provided a number of suggestions to resolve the problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of knowledge and creativity that the company demonstrated. We arranged a date and within a week, my problem was totally resolved. We could not have been more pleased with your quick response and professional manner when you came to repair a large burn in our living room carpet. When the log rolled out of the fireplace and on to the Carpet we thought we were doomed to either replacing the carpet or having to cover the burn with a throw rug. Your old world craftsmanship and attention to detail were astounding, they are rare commodities in this day and age. The repair was so good we have difficulty remembering exactly where it was.
